You actually found a Logray?? Lucky you! I actually ordered mine last night. Paid a whopping $21.00 for him, which is more than I have EVER paid for a single Ewok, and hopefully I will never pay that much for one again.
The reason I was willing to shuck out so many big bucks is the fact that our Wal-Mart in Bartlesville Oklahoma hasn't got a new shipment of Star Wars figures in forever! We're way overloaded with Annakins and Clones from "The Clone Wars." As a matter of fact, that's almost all the store has in it's Star Wars section: Clone Wars. And there's so many of them, they're literally falling off the pegs. No one seems to want Clone Wars anything here. It's been at a dead standstill for months. We never even received a shipment with Vintage Collection Wicket. I found mine in Winfield Kansas, where I attend college.
So that's why I finally broke down and snagged Master Logray on Ebay. Yes, I paid a lot for him, but we'll likely never get him here.
And like, all us Ewoks and Droids fans, I am on edge with excitement for my alltime favorite warrior Chukha-Trok and the lovely Princess Kneesaa!

Yeah, I lucked out finding Logray, 10:30 at night at Meijer in Muncie, Indiana, which has had all the VC figures I've wanted over the last few waves. All my old haunts for VC figures have dried up the lack of distribution of these toys is like Hasbro printing money for these Ebay scalpers, I've bought from them too, but it's getting out of hand.


I was really holding out hope for that Ewok Multi Pack, so I only had to search once instead of 4 or 5 different times, oh well I'll take what I can get.

I think everyone on this site is likely bummed out that the Ewok multipack is probably being scrapped, but with Hasbro mentioning Kneesaa and Chukha-Trok as upcoming releases, it gives us something to look forward to... I now have Logray too (a friend picked it up for me at TRU), and its a great little figure, and certainly satisfied my Ewok fix for now, haha.

I remember reading a couple of years ago that the sculpting for Chuhka-Trok was already done, Hasbro was just looking for a window to release the figure. I'm assuming that means he is going to be based on one of the two Ewok bodies that we got from 2007-2009.

Either way, I'm really excited about the possibilities of both figures!

Here's from Echo Base News' Q&A with Hasbro:

1. Can we expect to see Kneesaa and Chukha-Trok from the Ewoks cartoon released in the near future?

We are seriously considering both of these figures as part of a 2012 exclusive. We have some details to work out with our retail partners so we can't make any promises, but we would like to deliver both of these next year.

It looks like it's almost a certainty that these will be coming next year. Now here's a bit of bad news from swcollector.com:

Q1. There are still a lot of Star Wars characters that have ties to the original Kenner lines that haven't been explored in the modern line. In the Expanded Universe, there are characters like Thall Joben and Mungo Baobab. In the canceled 1986 line, there were the Mongo Beefhead Tribesman and Clone Warrior, among others. Have you considered doing anything with these and other characters, perhaps as mail-in or convention exclusives?

Answer:
We have not recently considered characters from this entertainment. Like most organizations, our resources are precious so we have chosen to prioritize core Saga items. We would LOVE to do many of these items and may do so in the future, but at the moment our focus remains on the 6 films, Clone Wars animation and selected EU.

It's good that they would love to do them, but it looks like they won't be getting around to it any time soon if ever. Looks like the Fan's Choice Poll is the only hope for anything from Droids for now.

Slightly hyperventilating here! *gasp gasp* Kneesaa AND Chukha-Trok? This next year? Okay, stay calm. Breathe Kevin! Seriously though, that's great news! I wonder...if they're part of a "exclusive" set, I just wonder if a certain red-furred Ewok "ghost" will be with them? Kneesaa and Chukha-Trok are cannoically together ONLY in "Asha." It's be neat if Hasbro somehow packaged them with a Vintage Collection Wicket and an all new Asha. Maybe them standing in the snow? But yaaaays! Kneesaa and Chukha-Trok!!

Well, we know they'll be is realistic / movie style, not animated, so I doubt it will be a battlepack based on that episode - but it would be cool. I have a feeling it might just be a generic Ewok multipack.

I'm sure most of you are aware, but Depriest confirmed what was said in the Q&A during an interview with Rebelscum, that Kneesaa and Chukha-Trok are slated for an exclusive 2012 release, and the details are being worked out, so hopefully it will fly without issue. I mention this again, because due to new rumors (see Widdle thread) - the Ewoks from the multipack might now come in exclusive 2-packs.

Well. Near certain rumors of a pending Kneesaa/Chukha-Trok and Widdle/Oochie release in 2012?? At the same time, Oklahoma has has several significant earthquakes in the past 2 days...Now mind you, I'm not saying the two events are correlated. Ewok news causing earthquakes or even (I said this would happen when they finally release Chukha-Trok) THE END OF THE WORLD!...but then, I'm not, not saying it! LOL. Anyway, good news!!

That pic looks so legit! Man oh man, Kneesaa at LONG last! So very excited. Looks like she'll have two hoods and her claw sling thing. Boy, I know someone on these forums who will be super excited that she comes with so many awesome accesories. Y'know what? I don't care if it's exclusive. I'll pre-order if I have to. Heck, if it's within the continental United States, I'll travel there. Ewok multipack? To quote Finn from Adventure Time, "Heck yeah!" And Corpsey? Really? Poor Romba. Now he'll have his friend with him again...until an At-ST mows him down. And Tippet is from the comic "Small Wars." He starts guff with the Lashbee guy for mackin' on his Princess Kamida. Part of a plot by Hirog. LOL. And a new Teebo who isn't, y'know, the size of a hulk. If this set is for real...man do we have to thank Hasbro and buy it! Great news!

Can't wait for this set, I feel bad that we finally got this set but all I can do now is hope for a Chukha Trok set. I mean who else could come with him, I'd live to think maybe more Ewok Movies characters, how great would that be!?!

I think about this three Kneesaa's accessories. The left accessory may be her traditional pink hood. The center one may be her grappling hook. I don'k know what the green accessory can be. Can it be a second hood? With or without a cloack? Can this hood be worn alone or on the pink one?

If this third accessory is a green hood to be used with the pink one, this Kneesaa may be an adult or near-adult Kneesaa (not a kid as we see on TV series) wearing more clothes, as her father.

Yes, the third accessory appears to be an alternate hood, most likely in order to make Kneesaa look like a movie Ewok, for those that dont want to use the animated hood.
