does Logray have a tail?

In some episodes it looks like Logray has a tail. whatsup with that?

Hehe, I used to think that when I was a kid, but its actually the tail from the animal cloak he is wearing - its blue fur from some type of Endor beast, as you can see here:

That's pretty much what I figured. That, or the animators were just taking further creative liberties
