Ewoks seasons 1 & 2 available for download

I was doing a google search, and found Ewoks seasons 1 & 2 available for download - I already browsed them and they all appear to be the uncut episodes straight from TV. Since they were recorded off TV and not ripped from the DVDs, etc - there shouldnt be any copyright issues about posting them. I'm not sure who the person is that uploaded them, but I am happy to be able to watch the uncut episodes that dont appears on the Ewoks DVD - which only has 8 episodes.

I tried tracking down both seasons of the Ewoks via torrent a few years ago, and those copies were a digital mess - some episodes skip back and forth, but these appear to be complete - straight off the TV (including commercials on a few). They were obviously recorded on a VHS tape and then digitally converted, so the quality isnt fantastic, but its good to have until Lucasfilm releases all the episodes on DVD (assuming they get around to it! - lets hope though). Enjoy!

I've been watching the episodes from season 1 that arent on the DVD and the quality is pretty good - I recommend you download the VLC media player to watch them because its better than Windows media player, and you can adjust the size so that it isnt too stretched out and blurry.

Hi, friends. That Ewoks files on 4shared are mine. These are all TV episodes, all Marvel Ewoks comic books (USA-1985-1987), the story book Ewoks Annual (UK-1988) and the comic book Three Cheers for Kneesaa! (USA-1984).

That older video files was sent to me through private online connection by another Wookieepedian from USA. The videos was supposed extracted from the original broadcasting at WLKY-TV (ABC Louisville) recorded with VHS tapes. That videos have 350x240 pixels.

Now I found other video files, with a better resolution: 720x480 pixels. This is the most possible resolution. The series was made in standard definition. I suppose that's no high definition version for Ewok series, as The Clone Wars. That files was supposed extracted from the original broadcasting, too.

I'm uplouading the episodes in standard definition now. I hope all episodes will be available during next weekend.

Some episodes from 2nd Season have too little cuts at finish (under 1 second), and Battle for the Sunstar have a little cut before the main title.

I think you might have been looking at the ad page before you get to the folder. Once you click on the link, let it load for a few seconds and then click the "skip ad" button on the top right of the page - it should bring you to the folders with all the episodes.

I needed to remove all files. I transfered all to a P2P program. The files are available when I turn on my personal computer.

Perhaps I'll upload the files back to 4shared. Someday...

Thanks for checking. Whenever it's convenient I'd be glad to see them available again either on 4shared or any other site that you can. Good quality Ewoks episodes are very hard to find these days. Thanks again for responding so quickly.

After the mention at Celebration VI, I would urge all fans to contact Lucasfilm directly, and not only mention your desire to see a Blu Ray / DVD release, but also a desire for them to be available online, as they discussed. The more people that contact them, the better. Let them know that Droids and Ewoks fans have been patiently awaiting this release!
