Do you like the Clone Wars?

I probably don't need to ask since I'm sure I know the answer, but do many of you out there care for this show? (I'm guessing your answer might be yes!) Personally I have never really enjoyed it as much as I hoped I would. For me I think the problem is that since Attack of the Clones, Star Wars has been on overload with Jedi, Clones and Battle Droids. Star Wars used to be about more than just repetitious battles of Jedi and Clones against Grievous, Dooku and Battle Droids.
The show isn't bad, it's just that I wish it had more of a classic Star Wars feel to it.

It may have its good episodes and its not so good episodes, but I've really been enjoying this series. It seems to be getting better and better. This upcoming season looks really promising, I've always dug the bounty hunters and it'll be interesting to learn more about them and see what kind of role they played in this time period.

I think the Clone Wars show is just alright. A couple of friends and I went and saw the movie in the theater, and I think it was very cool that they included the R2-KT droid in a scene. The TV show definitely has gotten better over the years (the young Boba Fett story arch was pretty good), but I think they're trying to cram too much into the time between Ep2 & Ep3. Too much of SW these days seems like filler to me.

The show is pretty packed, they seem to go from one battle to the next, but I really like the series. My favorite part has probably been the Nightsisters trilogy from Season 3. Ever since I saw Charal in the second Ewoks movie, I wondered who and what she really was - later to find out she is a Nightsister!

...MEH. Okay, I will say that Clone Wars has indeed kept the Star Wars franchise alive, and introduced Star Wars to a whole new generation of kids. That's great. But as for me, personally, I just don't like it very much. Like others have said, it's too much to pack in between EP II and EPIII. And I agree with James when he says there's too many Jedi, clones and battle droids. Not to mention the toy line sucks! They don't change it up enough. I would buy the little Twilek girl or Zero the Hutt or even Lurmen (They could fold up and roll!) if they made them, but c'mon...the same old Akakin? I dunno. We now return you to Don Knotts in Lucasfilm's Too Many Clones!

Yeah, I guess one of the good aspects of the Clone Wars show is that it's kept SW going and has been the first SW experience for a lot of kids, I bet.
I hear you on the toy line. I don't like the small overpriced action figures. I do think it's cool that they've revived some of the products in the classic packaging (and had a mail-away offer for a rocket-firing Boba Fett, at long last)!

I own the first two seasons on DVD and cant wait for the third...I also like the animated figures, they remind me of the Droids line, which I love to this day. If anything, the Clone Wars series has made me appreciate animation like Droids and Ewoks even more.
